What if she’s just left us here and started another blog?
You know how sometimes when you call some company and they put you on hold, at least you think they put you on hold, and you sit there and wait and wait and wait for like ten minutes before the thought occurs to you that maybe, just maybe, they somehow hung up on you and so you spend the next ten minutes wondering if maybe you should just hang up too, but then you think yeah but what if I do that and then it turns out that they actually DID have me on hold and then when I call back again I’ll be all the way back to the end of the line, way behind my first call, plus I would have been kind of rude so, you hold on to the phone sort of anxious and bored, but, sort of hopeful too, sort of like, man wouldn’t it be just great if this all worked out and some nice lady just came on all cheery and said hi can I help you? And this is the thought that sort of stays with you. This is the thought that keeps you going. Keeps you hanging on.
So Megan, are you telling us to hang up on Shari?
Personally, I’d like to speak to the customer service team – I’m going to knock them flat with a strongly-worded letter of complaint.
Don’t think that I won’t.
Hurry up, I need to use the bathroom and can’t wait any longer!

I’m actually stirring shit and trying to provoke a response out of Shari – I have no idea whether she’s met someone or not, but it’s been my observation that that’s what these kind of silences mean (in the blogosphere generally)…
But until she comes out of hiding we can only speculate – is he tall, dark and handsome Shari?
